What you should know

The breakfast was excellent! With fantastic fresh fruit and friendly, attentive staff. Location is ideal, being just steps from the vibrant center and beachfront.

The beach club service was underwhelming.

location, price, stunning view, contrary to other reviews we found the staff quite helpfull

bed very hard. this place is not for the infirm as there are a lot of steep steps and no elevator. unfortunately the hotel next door is expanding and the constant noise of angle grinders, drop saws and drills all day and until nine pm at night was a real negative for us. also the central staircase is a real noise conductor and any noise in the foyer carries up it.

The location is excellent. Perfect views but not in the noisy part of town.

We paid for a deluxe room, which had marginally more space than the cheaper, but the cheaper had the spectacular sea views, and our balcony looked onto the side of another hotel. Some net curtains would provide a bit of privacy. Staff were moody.

Great outdoor dining and friendly staff but air conditioning was a bit weak.

Very good services, free Wi-Fi. Clean facilities, parking on site...

The staff seemed more concerned about the cleaning then being friendly to their guests..little information on the local area.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, with fresh fruit and attentive service ensuring a lovely start to the day, perfect location providing easy access to the beach and a nothing noisy for relaxation.

Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and peaceful, the location was great to a lovely beach. We were at the double room, it had absolutely gorgeous view. It was fully functional and easy to move around, private bathroom

Absolutely an ideal place to stay in Kas. Very very convenient Sea View Great facilities , European Management, Very Very Helpful staff Good breakfast, Pool overlooking Sea and a Great Price Value Ratio Made to feel at Home straight away Would recommend it

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh fruits and delicious options that kept me energized every morning. I loved lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun on the beach beds, which were super comfy. The only downside was that the shower could've been a bit bigger, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Vacation base for exploring Kas. Plenty of options, good food. Early check-in, nicely furnished rooms with great views as well as balcony. Especially helpful, attentive staff with smiling face.

No lift (108 steps to reach the room), no minibar & T.V. by standard room option, no fire escape, low-skilled service staff, insufficient reception service, no W.C. air ventilation, poor pool bar with repetitive music broadcasting

I was horrified at the 19:40 check-in chaos, being told they had only 5 rooms instead of 6. How utterly unacceptable! The breakfast was subpar, with awful, spoilt dairy. And imagine my indignation at not being offered even a complimentary drink after such a dismal experience. I almost consider a good review but just couldn't.
